Client: Pak Mail Cananda
Website: http://www.pakmailcanada.com
Date of Engagement: August 2007
Synopsis/Background:
The client is a leader in packaging and shipping for corporations and consumers with their head office based in Toronto, Ontario. Being a franchised corporation Pak Mail Canada has various locations throughout Ontario and British Columbia.
Problem:
Pak Mail had an outdated website design. The website needed a marketing boost to give the business a greater competitive edge with the new web 2.0 addition and accommodate online marketing and business expansion.
Solution:
We built a new website for Pak Mail and designed it in such a way that it would model after Pak Mail USA. The site was formulated with online marketing a priority by adding SEO and rich content. In addition, it was important for Pak Mail to have simple avenues in directing the consumer access to what they needed in a few easy steps. Included was the ability to access individual stores to showcase their services and products at each franchise location.
Outcome:
Pak Mail Canada now has a world class, cutting edge website with rich content. The new design and in depth layout has brought in higher traffic numbers, greater usability for consumers, easy access to all franchised stores, and has become a marketing tool for the business saving big bucks in marketing outreach. The website has created a solid foundation for Pak Mail in Canada.
Client Reaction:
Cheryl, Corporate Head, from Pak Mail Canada loves the end results and is now looking to further development. The traffic has increased to such a degree that Pak Mail’s campaigns have gained greater traction across the web and heightened sales and interest. Pak Mail Canada is very pleased with their ROI with this investment.
Next Steps:
The next step in the evolution of Pak Mail Canada and nuMantis is to platform into an Internet Marketing venture by creating a fully fledged SEO integration on the website and adding Social Network Marketing. These additions will give Pak Mail the ability to holster more traffic, which will result in more sales and gain presence in the social media sphere.
Conclusion:
Pak Mail’s webpage was developed over the term of one year running shortly after the projected timeline. NuMantis timelines are of strict importance, yet circumstances can disrupt timelines and in this particular case saved the client money and proved to be well worth the wait. In keeping our clients a priority and their needs in focus, we were able to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
